Is JumpTree free? Do I need an account?

Yes — JumpTree is completely free, and there's no account or login. We never ask for your name or email, and the workouts and progress you track stay on your device. Ads keep the app free and help fund reforestation.

How do ads help fund reforestation?

When you finish a workout, you can choose to watch an ad and earn 💧 droplets. Those droplets go toward funding real trees (100 droplets fund one tree). We keep this honest: JumpTree helps fund reforestation — we don't claim a tree is planted for every action, and we won't name a partner until a real one is in place.

Can I control the ads I see?

Yes. When you first use the app we ask for your ad preferences through the standard consent prompts — Apple's App Tracking Transparency on iOS, and Google's consent message in the EU, UK, and certain US states. You can also pick an in-app Ad Commitment level to control how often ads appear, and change any of these choices later.

How do I reset or delete my data?

Your data lives on your device, so you're in full control. Open Settings → Reset all data in the app to erase everything, or just uninstall the app. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Does JumpTree work offline?

Yes. Your workouts and progress are stored locally, so JumpTree works without a connection. You'll only need internet to load ads.

What devices and languages does it support?

JumpTree is built for iOS and Android, and it's fully localized in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
